Our Manufacturing Process — Step by Step
- Sourcing the Right Cotton. We source graded cotton from verified suppliers. For premium bedsheets we use long-staple cotton that holds print and color better — verified by lab GSM and fiber-length checks.
- Yarn Preparation & Weaving. Threads are checked for evenness and woven to required counts. We maintain two weaving specifications generally used in our bedsheets: 92×88 (dense weave) and 60×60 (light–medium). Each batch is recorded with lot numbers for traceability.
- Natural & Reactive Dyeing. Where clients require, we offer reactive dyeing for colorfastness. Dyes are mixed by lab technicians to match Lab dips approved by clients before bulk runs.
- Hand Block Printing / Screen Printing. Our Jaipur artisans carve blocks for classic Sanganeri and other Jaipuri motifs. For large volume or micro‑precision prints we use rotary screen printing. Each print pass includes registration checks to ensure motif alignment.
- Finishing & Quality Treatments. Post-print finishing includes softening, mercerization (on request), and heat-setting where required. Edges are double‑stitched; corners reinforced for durability in hotel and export orders.
- Inspection & Lab Tests. Every production lot goes through 3 QC stages: in-process inspection, pre‑wash colorfastness test, and final packing inspection. We maintain digital QC logs and PDF test reports are available on request.
- Packing & Export Compliance. For export orders we provide labeled packing, carton marking, and comply with buyer-specific labeling/IMS requirements. We also offer private-label packing and CMYK-printed cartons for bulk clients.
