As a direct-from-factory brand based in Sanganer, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a transparent and professional experience for our retail and B2B customers.
1. Our Artisanal Quality Standard
Most of our products, including Sanganeri, Bagru, and Handblock prints, are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
- The Beauty of Handmade: Small irregularities in print, minor color spills, or slight variations in shade are not defects. These are authentic characteristics of manual block printing.
- Color Representation: We photograph products in natural light to be as accurate as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly based on your monitor or mobile screen settings.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Processed Fabrics: Any fabric that has been cut, washed, or stitched.
- Custom/B2B Orders: Personalized designs or bulk manufacturing orders made to specific requirements.
- Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during special discount events (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect).
3. B2B & Wholesale Policy
As a manufacturer providing wholesale rates, our margins are structured for resellers.
- Wholesale returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (e.g., significant fabric damage or major misprints).
- We do not offer "change of mind" returns or buy-backs for unsold reseller stock.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Report Within 48 Hours: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

- Verification: Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Approval: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. International Shipping & Returns (USA, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Global Returns: For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties/taxes unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
- EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
