Order Processing & Handling Time
To support the rapid inventory needs of our B2B partners and retail customers, we prioritize fast dispatch.
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 24 to 48 hours after the order placement and payment confirmation.
- Packaging: We utilize secure, standard industrial packaging for all shipments to protect the integrity of the handblock prints and fabrics during transit.
Shipping Options & Locations
We proudly ship our textile products both domestically across India and internationally to our global export clients. (Note: Any location restricted by Central, State, or Local government regulations will not be serviced.)
Domestic Shipping (India)
Free Shipping: As a special promotion for our domestic buyers, standard shipping is completely free for all orders within India.
Remote Areas: We do not levy any additional hidden charges or apply alternate policies for shipping to remote or rural areas within the country.
International Shipping (Global)
Calculated Rates: We support full global exports. Additional shipping charges apply based on the destination country, volumetric weight, and chosen freight carrier.
Carrier Tie-ups: We utilize Tier-1 logistics partners to ensure safe cross-border transit.
⚠️ Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders): For cross-border shipments, any destination-based customs duties, import taxes, or local levies are strictly the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
Tracking Information
We provide full visibility into your order's transit status:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via email.
- You can also access this tracking link directly inside your account section on our website.
- This link will provide all necessary real-time delivery updates from our courier partners.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Liability
- Order Alterations: To maintain our strict 24-48 hour dispatch window, no alterations or cancellations in the order details (including shipping address or product variants) are allowed once the order has been dispatched from our Sanganer facility.
- Shipping Insurance: Please note that we do not offer specific shipping insurance, nor do we provide direct financial guarantees for items that are lost or damaged during transit by the third-party courier.
